The morning meal was amazing and fantastic with a single drink and Caprichos, for example.

Hotel's room was spotless and huge with a particularly good view of the ocean.

Luxurious rooms, fairly clean bathrooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. Great and amazing location so close to the Mexican restaurant, a ferry, and which is lovely, and excellent service.

Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

All the rooms are big with equipped kitchenettes and the staff are exceptional.

It was warm stay, I appreciated outstanding food.

A gourmet restaurant was great for dinner.

I appreciated its extremely polite and superbly friendly employees.

The location in a beach area was favourable and incredible and there were a market and gift stores nearby. The room was well-stocked, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, fairly clean bathroom.

I recently stayed at Villa Del Palmar in Cancun for a week-long vacation. The food was outstanding and the activities like kayaking and beach volleyball kept me entertained. I loved that it was located near the ferry to Isla Mujeres and the beach was absolutely beautiful. The comfort of the beds was amazing and I had the best sleep in a long time. The room had everything I needed and the common areas, including the pools and restaurants, were top-notch. a great value for the price.

Can definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent breakfast buffet, plenty of dining options, spacious and luxurious rooms, beautiful outdoor areas, amazing pools.

Good breakfast, nice and well-kept hotel complex, very nice staff especially Diana at the reception helped us a lot.

The hotel is about 35 km from the centre, the hotel provides taxis that cost the equivalent of 25€. The taxis in the city cost about 5€. There are no other shopping or dining facilities in the vicinity of the hotel, so you are completely dependent on the hotel, which is a real problem if you have not booked all inclusive.

Came here for 3 days, the hotel was stunningly beautiful and great, it had stunning location adjacent to the ferry to Isla Mujeres, which is a fantastic day trip and water sports in the Bay and the local attractions. The room was well-maintained and huge with a bidet, terry bathrobes and a shower cap in the private bathroom.

We loved the spacious and luxurious rooms, with comfy beds and silent A/C. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The outdoor areas were beautifully landscaped, and we enjoyed spending time in the hammock on the balcony. The property is in a great location, a little out of town, with the sea being nice and warm. The five pools were amazing, and we also appreciated the sustainability efforts. The live entertainment and the option for a balcony/ocean view were a big plus. The bed being made twice a day, including at night, was a nice touch. We were overall very impressed by the service, with the staff being beyond professional and extremely helpful. We especially want to mention Guillaume at the front desk, who was so kind and went above and beyond for us.
